History of the company:

2016
  • Along with the expansion of the company throughout the entire Czech Republic, the team is expanded to a total number of 18 members.
  • Creation of new logo and website.
  • Moving to new modern premises. The move of the workshop for the production of band saw blades from Prague to Strakonice is associated with this.
  • Launch of new control systems.
  • The company S-TOOLS s.r.o. becomes a Golden distributor of the firm WALTER CZ s.r.o.
2015
  • Acquisitions in the form of the Prague company UNIKOV spol. s r.o. and its merger with S-TOOLS s.r.o.
  • The company becomes an authorised distributor of the brands MITUTOYO and Robert Röntgen.
2011
  • The company S-TOOLS becomes an authorised distributor of the firm WALTER CZ s.r.o. in the Czech Republic.
2010
  • In 2010 the company adds measuring devices to its portfolio and builds up a significant business status with them in Moravia, thus crowning its activity on the entire territory of the Czech Republic.
2009
  • Shift of main warehouse and administrative activities to Strakonice.
  • Certificate ISO9001:2009 gained.
2008
  • Dynamic development and expansion of trading activities on entire territory of the Czech Republic.
  • The firm becomes an authorised distributor of the brand DORMER.
2007
  • Foundation of company S-TOOLS with activity in Plzeň region.
  • The firm starts trading with six-member team.

We support

Our company S-TOOLS is historically associated with the Plzeň region, and sport and movement are a common life philosophy for the entire sales team. And for this reason we have focused our support on this region, and we donate some of our profit to the sporting activities of local clubs.
SVARMETAL MOTORSPORT
And in the Moravian area we also sponsor sporting activities. One of our important business partners in this region is the company SVARMETAL. Its owner Martin Vlček drives a Škoda FABIA WRC and in the colours of the team SVARMETAL MOTORSPORT, and with the support of S-TOOLS he is one of the absolute leaders in Czech Championships and the International Czech Championships in rally and sprint rally in the companies class.
TK Strakonice
Because S-TOOLS is a Strakonice company, we also support local sportsmen and women, such as the young tennis players of TK Strakonice, who under the Reisinger brothers every year reach the highest places in regional team competitions, and who as individual players take the top places in regional rankings. We are also a partner of the Extra League basketball club BK Strakonice and the handball club HCB Strakonice, where we focus mainly on financial assistance for the girls' youth categories. We believe that sport represents a path to correct human values.
HC Strakonice and HC Meteor Třemošná
We also sponsor the young hockey players of HC Strakonice and HC Meteor Třemošná, who play in the league competition in the Plzeň and South Bohemia region.
HC Škoda Plzeň
In 2014 we became business partners of the Extra League club HC Škoda Plzeň. The hockey club headed by the legendary Martin Straka is a great chance to support one of the most frequently visited sporting events in the Plzeň region.
